Thanks for being part of a great session! Damn it! The workshop was designed to help identify stress management and learn ways to manage the day to day challenges that put those roadblocks in front of our functionality and our ability to be effective.
There are many ways our body and mind react to stress. In order to identify the patterns or habits of stress, we need to be aware of our surroundings. Maybe it’s our daily work regimen and not acknowledging the triggers that can cause stress. Perhaps we have found awareness but sometimes what we are doing to combat chaos is just not enough. Or due to time constraints, we miss the opportunity to communicate with our peers, whether its personal or professional, room to or slow down enough to change direction before things go south.
What you can expect:
1. Damn It! Notetaker | For those of you who did not attend the session, let’s talk! For effectiveness and so it has value, I’m happy to take the time and fill in the blanks together.
2. Stress: Exhaustion Checklist | Use this checklist as a quick way to identify how stress is currently impacting your life. You will have something checked off in all the categories, with one or two areas rising to the top. These are where I recommend you start the change process.
3. Identify Your Values Checklist | Ever wonder what is important you? Re-evaluating your core values can help identify and prioritize where your focus needs to be. Look through the lens of your values and ask: Am I in alignment? Am I living according to my values?
4. Process of Change worksheet | Understanding the process of change, it’s impact and how to identify your new status quo. For those of you who did not attend the session, give me a call and I’ll walk you through an example that’s relative to you.
The consequences of drowning in the pitfalls of finding that work/life balance (a completely overused term, that some may find non-existent) are low performance, poor mental alertness, unhappiness amongst family and friends, as well as missing the ability to enjoy success. Whether it’s a team effort or one on one to embrace the opportunity to improve ourselves, I would love to hear from you!
I am happy to connect, help, and delve into any of the topics from today’s conference, including the key resources you kindly have come for. My intention is for this resource material to kick-start your stress-free self and get you and/or your team on the road to recovery.
If any of the information here relates to you or piques your curiosity, please get in touch, I welcome you to set-up a meeting or a phone call with me for further information.
